Delivery, Shipping & Customs

ALL DELIVERY TIMINGS/DATES MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

For UK and NI orders we have a single postage/shipping charge of £2.95 per order.

For International Orders, there are a number of postage/shipping charges depending on the product(s) you have ordered, please make sure you select the correct option on checkout.

We try, where possible, to combine orders into 1 package.

We send all items using the domestic postal service for your country.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland

All orders are despatched using the Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class services, while larger value orders will be sent on a Tracked service.

Delivery is normally within 3-5+ working days from the date of despatch, which we will advise by email once your order has been shipped.

Our local Royal Mail Sorting Office is still operating with much reduced daily hours, this means that it currently closes for new 'scanned' postings @ 10.00am on weekdays. Hopefully, this will soon change as the UK opens up again, but it does hamper us in possibly quickly posting large, or any valuable items that do need to be scanned on posting, plus any others that will not fit into our town post box by 18.00pm!

Europe and Worldwide

All orders will be delivered by your national postal service.

Delivery is normally within 7/14+ working days for Europe (including Eire), while Worldwide destinations, such as the USA, Australia etc can be from 7-21+ working days, as much depends on the amount of time taken within local Customs before being released to your national postal service for delivery.

Customs Fees & Charges

Countries set their own limits with regard to the value of personal items that can be imported before any Customs Fees & Charges have to be paid and before they release your goods to you.

For USA/Canada and Australia these limits are high and so any duties are rarely applied.

For EU member states where in the main personal limits are pretty low, it appears that the Customs authorities are 'post Brexit' being overly zealous in checking items and this has resulted in delays and the charging of some import duties. The hope is that this will settle down as time moves on, but the fact is, that we find it easier to send parcels halfway across the World than either just over the English Channel, or the Irish Sea!
